GIVEAWAYS
Giveaways are free to enter. No purchase is required and a purchase does not improve your chances. Open to US residents 18 and older. One entry per person.
How to enter is posted on our X account. Winners are chosen and contacted by Instagram DM from @amithejerk. We only contact winners from that account. Any other account telling you that you won is fake. We never ask for payment or card details.
Winners receive a private claim code by DM. Claim codes expire 13 days after they are sent. No extensions. Each claim code starts with its giveaway's public name and the matching prize page carries that name, so a code only ever claims the prize it belongs to. Claims must be completed by the same Instagram account we messaged. Mismatched or altered claims can be cancelled. Winners may be asked to confirm a US shipping address, and winners are responsible for any taxes. Unclaimed or forfeited prizes are sometimes donated to charity and sometimes added to future giveaway pools.
Every booster pack comes with an official Pokemon TCG Live code card for the online game. Those code cards are shown on camera, so they are public and likely already redeemed, and they are not included in any shipment. Private claim codes for winners are only ever sent by DM.
Prizes are the cards pulled on camera for that giveaway. To keep shipping practical, some prizes include only the rares pulled, with the rest donated. Prizes ship free within the US. Submitting a claim order is the final settlement of that giveaway, and the cards shipped for that claim are full and final.
Entries that skip steps, use multiple accounts, or abuse the process can be disqualified. Giveaways can change or end at any time. Not sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, X, Spotify, Apple, or The Pokemon Company.
PACK OPENINGS
A pack opening slot is the purchase of one sealed pack that we open on camera. Slots are limited and are shown on the site when available. All sales are final.
Packs are sealed randomized products. No specific cards, values, or outcomes are guaranteed, and pulls have no promised worth. Openings are filmed on our schedule, so there is no guaranteed opening date. If a product becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable pack or refund the slot.
SHIPPING
US addresses only. We batch ship, typically every two weeks to a month, so please expect delays. Cards are opened on camera and ship raw, as pulled, with basic protection. Cards can be damaged or lost in transit. Carriers are outside our control, and damaged or lost shipments are not replaced or reimbursed.
DONATIONS
At checkout you can choose to donate all of your cards to charity, or just the non-rares. If you choose a donation option, those cards are not shipped to you.
STORY SUBMISSIONS
Sending us a story, on our subreddit or anywhere else, gives us permission to read, adapt, and use it in episodes, clips, and anywhere the show appears, without payment. Only submit stories you have the right to share. Names and details can be changed. Submissions are not returned and are not kept private.
THE FINE PRINT
Events outside our control, including platform outages, carrier problems, supply issues, or anything else unexpected, can delay or cancel giveaways, openings, or shipping without compensation. Nothing here runs on a promised schedule. Prizes and slots have no cash value. Honest mistakes made on camera or in fulfillment are corrected in good faith, and our records are final. These terms can be updated at any time, and the posted version applies.
